The typical Food Combining methods are used like this:
Fruits Eaten alone. Melons- should not be eaten with any other fruits.
Veggies Can be eaten after fruit, 20min later. It can also be eaten with Protein/Fat Meals
Carbs Whole wheat pastas, bagels with no sugar, wheat flour can be eaten with fat free. Should also be eaten 20 minutes after fruits.
Protein Eaten with vegetables and fats. Also 3 hours after Fruits.
Liquids Should be consumed 20 minutes after a meal. This will keep you from diluting your own digestive juice in your stomach.
My typical protein/fat meal can be:
Turkey Roll Up- 3 slices turkey 1oz each.
Romaine Lettuce Strip.
Add mayo,
Mustard, and
Shredded Cheese.
Layer together and enjoy! I will take this as a lunch as well. Very filling and satisfying!
This definitly keeps me full for the day! Great for kids to make and no cooking!

One of the biggest comments I received from customers was not to use so many expensive spices they would have to buy for the recipes! Ha...that wasn't going to happen! It sure isn't me...simple or forget it!
Enjoy and share your recipes with us!
As you may know, it was Dr. William Howard Hay, a New York physician who specialized in surgery that discovered this manner of eating. Prior to his discovery, he was conventionally treating an often-fatal kidney condition known as Bright's disease and seemingly met no success.
