Vege Garden Burger
Vege Garden Burger
1 c carrots
1 c yellow onions
3 spring onions
3/4 c sunflower seeds
3/4 c walnuts
1 garlic clove
dash of salt
Coconut oil to fry burgers in.
Grind in food processor, seeds and nuts together, to a flour like consistancy. Place in mixing bowl.
Carrots, onions, spring onions and garlic in food processor. I left texture just a bit of a crunchy. I didn't want it to be mushy.
Mix altogether ingredients and adding salt at this time to your taste of desire.
Make patties and cook on medium heat in frying pan with coconut oil until each side was lightly cripsy and brown.
This burger was surprising delicious. It did crumble, but I was okay with it due to the taste! I believe next time I will add black beans with the veges and it should help keep it together better. We shall see ;)
I topped it off with oranic ketchup and mustard! It was perfect. Add your favorite veges instead of my suggestions and enjoy!
